We are an Association of Tenants and Residents, formed in October 2017.
We have formed to represent local Tenants & Residents, and to help improve their;
Housing, Safety, Welfare, Health & Lifestyles.
The Association has endeavoured to initially work on behalf of the tenants and residents of the Age 55+
Supported Housing blocks at 61-159 Leaside Way, Bassett Green, Southampton, U.K.
We are beginning to broaden our geographical area of coverage to include the wider community of "Leaside Way"
i.e the various close's off Leaside Way, Ventnor Court & Bassett Green Court.
Some of our events & activities will be open to all comers and all ages. We are working in co-operation with the
Ventnor Court Tenants Association and the new Leaside Way Social Club, to co-host certain events & activities.
We now have an Honorary President, the well known local community champion Mr Bob Painton.
He was presented with the appointment certificate at our meeting on the 31st May 2018.
